A great option at Malik House is the range of virtual office packages, starting from just 20 + VAT per month. Perfect for start-up companies or those wishing to down-size and reduce monthly over heads.
Yorkshire was also given a much needed boost this April with the announcement of a 90m Finance Yorkshire Fund which will be available from the end of April 2010. Available to companies across the whole region, it is great news for the local economy, especially start up businesses given the recent economic climate.
Finance Yorkshire will be able to offer support to three types of investment - early stage innovative technology and knowledge based businesses, unsecured loans for capital expenditure and equity based investments.
The money for the fund will be provided by Yorkshire Forward, the European Regional Development Fund and the European Investment Bank.

More great news for Bradford this April as the demolition has started of the old police headquarters to make way for a 24.4million city park.
The park will span over six acres and include one of the UKs largest water features along with play areas and relaxation areas.
It is aimed that the park will host large scale events such as concerts for up to 10,000 people.
The new park is a major step in the citys regeneration and should have a positive impact on Bradford in terms of tourism and investment.
Finally, more positive signals for Bradford with news that Virgin Media Business is to invest in systems to provide high speed broadband for the area. The new systems should enable local companies to provide increased customer service and satisfaction!
